3. Non-Refundable Items

- Services that have already been utilized (flights, hotel stays, activities, etc.).
- Non-refundable deposits or booking fees as indicated during the purchase process.
- Products or services damaged or misused by the customer.
4. Refund Timeframe

- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
